For more than 20 years, we have dedicated our lives to coaching athletes, mentoring young minds, and building programs that not only compete but thrive. It started with a passion for the game—whether it was basketball, soccer, or any other sport that brings people together. We stepped onto the court and into locker rooms with a simple goal: to make a difference.
As coaches, we quickly learned that success wasn’t just about X’s and O’s. It wasn’t just about winning games or securing championships. It was about the people. The athletes who poured their hearts into practice, the parents who supported from the stands, and the coaches who put in countless hours behind the scenes to create something bigger than themselves. But over time, we also saw the challenges that came with leading a team or a club.
The Rising Demands on Coaches and Leaders
In today’s world, coaching isn’t just about teaching skills and developing players. Coaches and club leaders are now expected to do more than ever before—handling fundraising, marketing, recruitment, facility management, scheduling, communication, compliance, and so much more. The list never seems to end.
The pressures have only increased, making it harder for good people to stay in the profession they love. We’ve seen too many great coaches burn out—not because they lost their passion, but because the administrative load became overwhelming.
The long hours, the constant fundraising efforts, and the pressure to run a sustainable program made it difficult to focus on what they do best: coaching and mentoring athletes. We believe that shouldn't be the case. We believe coaches and club leaders should have the tools and support they need to build something special—without sacrificing their sanity in the process.

At our core, our mission is simple: help programs grow, reduce stress on coaches, and keep great people in sports. We believe sports play a vital role in shaping young athletes. The lessons they learn on the court, field, and track extend far beyond the game. They learn discipline, teamwork, resilience, and leadership. And at the heart of it all are the coaches and program leaders who make it happen.
But if coaches are constantly buried in fundraising struggles, administrative work, and financial stress, they don’t have the bandwidth to make the impact they truly want to make. That’s why we do what we do. We want to make sure the best coaches and leaders stay in the game, continuing to inspire and elevate athletes for generations to come.
Leadership
Jeremy Rauch, Founder and CEO
Jeremy Rauch is a lifelong coach, mentor, and leader in the sports community. A former basketball coach with over 20 years of experience, Jeremy has dedicated his career to developing athletes and building programs that thrive.
His passion for the game led him to create Flow Hoop, a platform offering camps, clinics, and training sessions designed to help basketball players reach their full potential. Beyond training and development, Jeremy saw a need for a deeper connection in the basketball community.
This vision led to the creation of Feel for the Game, a free community providing basketball resources and experiences for basketball coaches. Through this initiative, he has helped countless athletes and coaches access the tools and knowledge they need to grow and succeed.
With Fundraising Flow, Jeremy brings his experience and leadership to the broader sports community, helping coaches and program leaders simplify fundraising and elevate their programs. His mission remains the same: to support the people who make sports great and ensure they have the resources they need to continue their impact.
The Birth of Fundraising Flow
That’s why we created Fundraising Flow—a system built by coaches, for coaches. We saw firsthand how traditional fundraising methods felt outdated, frustrating, and time-consuming. Selling discount cards, organizing car washes, and relying on parents to handle fundraising efforts all came with too many moving parts and too little return.
We knew there had to be a better way. We wanted to create a system that helped programs raise the money they needed, while also strengthening their connection with their community and supporters. We wanted a solution that removed the friction and stress from fundraising—so coaches could focus on developing their athletes and growing their programs.
Fundraising Flow was designed to give teams and clubs a simple, effective, and sustainable way to raise money. Through modern fundraising strategies, digital tools, and streamlined systems, we help programs elevate their fundraising efforts without adding extra headaches. More importantly, we help them create lasting relationships with their supporters, ensuring they have a strong foundation for years to come.
