This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Fundraising Flow. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully, as they govern your participation and use of our software platform. By engaging with our services, you agree to certain commitments, representations, and responsibilities outlined herein.
This Agreement is entered into between Fundraising Flow, LLC, a company incorporated in Indiana with its principal office at 2124 Palace Court, Auburn, IN 46706 ("Fundraising Flow," "we," "us," or "our"), and you ("Participant," "you," or "your"). Together, Fundraising Flow and Participant are referred to as the "Parties," and individually as a "Party." These Terms and Conditions, along with any attached schedules or additional documents we provide, form the "Agreement." This Agreement represents the full understanding between the Parties regarding its subject matter and replaces any prior or concurrent agreements, whether written or oral, related to this subject matter.
We prioritize the privacy of our users and are committed to safeguarding it, particularly for younger participants. Our privacy practices comply with the United States’ Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA") and applicable data privacy laws in the U.S. and other jurisdictions. We encourage users under 18 to consult their parents or guardians before providing personal information on our platform, and we urge families to establish guidelines for sharing information online. Children under 13 are prohibited from using the Fundraising Flow platform unless we have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent and met all COPPA requirements.
Your access to and use of the Fundraising Flow platform is contingent upon your acceptance of this Agreement, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and adherence to any additional terms we may provide in writing. Should any conflict arise between this Agreement and other Fundraising Flow terms, this Agreement takes precedence. We grant you access to the platform only if you agree to all terms herein. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use or access the platform. By using the platform, you signify your acceptance of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy (available at
fundraisingflow.com/privacy). We may update or modify this Agreement periodically, and your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this Agreement regularly for updates.
Fundraising Flow provides a software platform (the "Platform") designed to help participants efficiently organize fundraising initiatives ("Campaigns"), leverage social media for outreach, collect contributions, and manage funds for their chosen school, team, event, or organization (the "Beneficiary"). The Platform is accessible through our website at fundraisingflow.com (the "Website").
Eligibility and Access Requirements
To use the Platform, you must meet and maintain the standards and requirements set forth in this Agreement and agree to all its terms. Fundraising Flow reserves the right to evaluate and approve or deny any request to access the Platform or participate in a Campaign, at our discretion and for any reason. Upon approval, you will receive an account code to establish a username and password ("Credentials") for accessing the Platform as a registered user. Alternatively, you may register using your Facebook credentials, in which case Fundraising Flow will access information linked to your Facebook account (e.g., your friends list), as permitted by Facebook’s policies and your privacy settings. You consent to this access and should review Facebook’s policies if you have concerns. Your Credentials are non-transferable, and you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. If we suspect any information is false or outdated, we may suspend or terminate your account and deny future access. You are responsible for keeping your Credentials confidential and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at

Participant Responsibilities
You acknowledge that Fundraising Flow does not solicit donations on your behalf or on behalf of any Beneficiary. Our role is limited to providing the Platform, and any fundraising activities are your responsibility. While we may assign a representative to assist with Platform-related questions, they will not provide guidance beyond technical support. You agree to promptly address any inquiries from Fundraising Flow regarding your use of the Platform or this Agreement.
Participants aged 13 to 17 should review this Agreement with a parent or guardian to ensure understanding and consent. Children under 13 may not use the Platform without verifiable parental consent. If your jurisdiction imposes age-related restrictions on using the Platform or entering contracts like this, you must comply with those laws and refrain from use if prohibited. You also agree to follow all relevant local, state, national, and international laws while using the Platform, accepting that internet use and Platform interactions are at your own risk. Although we strive to maintain a secure Platform, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of data transmitted online.
Content Licensing and Rights
The Platform allows you to upload photos, videos, logos, and other materials ("Content") for your Campaigns. You confirm that: (i) you own or have permission to use the Content; (ii) you have secured all necessary approvals; and (iii) your Content does not infringe on third-party rights, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights. You are liable for any fees or royalties associated with your Content. If under 13, you may not upload Content about yourself or others under 13 without parental consent. By uploading Content, you grant Fundraising Flow a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute it for any purpose. We may modify Content as needed for display on the Platform, and you waive any claims related to such modifications.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for: unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes; infringing on third-party rights; or posting offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content. You will not impersonate others, violate laws, modify the Platform, reverse-engineer it, or disrupt its operation. Any benefits received from Fundraising Flow must be used lawfully.
Account Monitoring and Termination
We may send periodic emails to the address you provide and to campaign contacts. We may monitor your Platform use but are not obligated to do so. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if we believe you’ve violated this Agreement or for any other reason.
Fundraising Flow charges a platform fee of 19% of all online donations collected through the Platform. This fee covers the costs of providing and maintaining the Platform, including payment processing, technical support, and campaign management tools. The fee is automatically deducted from the total donations before disbursement to the Beneficiary. You acknowledge and agree to this fee as a condition of using the Platform. Fee structures are subject to change, and any updates will be reflected in an amended Agreement, with continued use signifying acceptance.
We partner with Stripe to handle all transactions on the Fundraising Flow Platform. Fundraising Flow is not liable for Stripe’s services or any issues arising from their processing. Funds, net of the 19% platform fee, are disbursed to Beneficiaries via check or direct deposit within 10 business days of a Campaign’s end. You agree to Stripe’s Terms and Conditions (stripe.com/privacy) and will not use invalid payment methods. Donations are final and non-refundable once a Campaign concludes, and tax deductibility is the donor’s responsibility.
Limited License
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform, subject to this Agreement. No ownership rights are transferred, and unauthorized use terminates this license.
All Platform content is owned by Fundraising Flow or our partners and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission. Feedback you provide grants us a perpetual license to use it. We respect third-party IP rights and may terminate access for infringers.
